Alan Charles Laurence Whistler (January 191912-December 122000) (always known as Laurence Whistler) was the British poet & creative person, world health organization devoted himself to glass engraving, including occasionally celebrated examples of stained glass. He was a brother of Rex Whistler. His boy Simin followed him as an engraver on glass.

He received a foremost award of the King's Gold Medal for Poetry. He was manufactured the Knight Bachelor in 200& was thenceforth entitled to exist as referred to as Sir Laurence Whistler.
